Ask Alex is an AI-powered sales coaching platform that provides personalized guidance based on neuroscience-backed sales methodology. The Service is available through our web application and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration with compatible AI platforms.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Tokens and Payments
The Web Agent uses a token-based system. Free tokens are provided upon registration. Additional tokens can be purchased through our platform. Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable. MCP subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Ask Alex and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The sales methodology is based on proprietary research and the book "A Crocodile Brain Can Make or Break Your Sale."
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific sales results or outcomes. The advice provided is for informational purposes and should be adapted to your specific situation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Alex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
MCP subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Token purchases are non-refundable.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
